Built by someone who's been in the weeds.
I'm Joshua Duncan — 12 years behind the bar, from bartender to GM, managing 15+ staff and $1M+ beverage P&Ls. I built SOP playbooks that my successors still use. I know what it's like to dig through invoices at midnight, retrain new hires every quarter, and guess at pour costs because the spreadsheet is always three deliveries behind.
PourCost started as the tool I wished I had. I'm a full-stack developer and agency owner who's shipped everything from landing pages to production apps — and I'm building PourCost from the ground up with AI at its core.
I also run a digital studio where I build high-converting websites and run ad campaigns for hospitality businesses. I understand both sides — the bar ops and the tech. PourCost is where they meet.
