Add Classics

PourCost comes with a library of classic recipes. Pick the ones you make and they come in priced with your bottles.

No need to type out a Daiquiri. Pick classics from the library and PourCost builds them with the bottles you already carry.

How it works

  1. Open Cocktails, tap Add, and choose Browse Classics.
  2. Tap every classic you make. Search if you know what you want.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. If a recipe needs something you don't carry yet, PourCost lists it and asks for your bottle cost. Fill those in.
  5. Tap Add Everything. The cocktails land in your list, priced and ready, and any new ingredients land in your Bar Inventory.

How PourCost picks the bottle

  • Generic calls like "vodka" or "bourbon" use your wells.
  • Ingredients you already have in your Bar Inventory get used as-is.
  • Staples like simple syrup and fresh citrus get added with starter pricing you can fix later.

Want a different bottle in a drink? Open the cocktail after it's added and edit the build like any other recipe.

Set up your wells first. Classics come in much closer to your real build once PourCost knows your house pours. See Set Up Your Wells.
