Pour Sizes
Set the standard pour for each ingredient type once, instead of typing it on every drink.
Retail Prices
Set bar-wide retail per pour size so spirits get a sensible default menu price out of the box.

The default tier ladder works for most concepts. Pro mode lets you reshape it for yours.
