Account & Sync

Sign in once and your inventory, cocktails, and settings ride along to every device. The web app you're reading this on is the same data as the phone app, kept in sync through Supabase.

What syncs

• Ingredients and their costs.
• Cocktails and recipes.
• Pour size, retail price, and tier settings.
• Invoice scans and history.

What's device-local

• Theme preference (dark or light).
• Whether you've seen the onboarding tour.
• Pending edits when you're offline (queued until reconnect).

Switching devices

Sign out of one and into another. The first sync after sign-in downloads everything; subsequent changes flow through in real time. A bartender on the floor and a manager at home looking at the web are reading the same numbers.
