Everything lives in the menu at the top left. Here is what each screen is for.
Setup
A short checklist for a new bar: wells, housemade ingredients, cocktails, search, and your defaults. Go in any order. Once you hide it, it leaves the menu. Bring it back anytime from Settings → Setup Guide.
Bar Inventory
Every product you carry, with its Product Size and cost. Each one shows its pour cost, so you know your margin per pour without doing the math in your head. Cocktails, Batch, and Search all pull from here.
Cocktails
Build recipes from your Bar Inventory, or add classics from the library. Cost and margin update as you change the build, so you can price a drink before it goes on the menu.
Quick Calculator
Price out a pour without saving anything. Handy when a rep is on the phone or you're comparing two bottles. Flip the toggle at the top to Convert for oz, ml, and other bar and kitchen measures.
Batch
Scale a saved cocktail (or a custom build) up to any number of drinks. Turn on Pre-Dilute when the batch gets served without ice.

Search
The magnifying glass at the top right searches your Bar Inventory, your cocktails, and the Ingredient Database in one place.
