The app has four core screens. Each one is a tab in the drawer. Knowing what each one is for makes the rest of the help center read faster.
Bar Inventory
Every bottle you carry, with sizes and costs. Each line shows live pour cost so you know your margin per pour without doing the math in your head. This is the foundation. Cocktails, invoices, and the calculator all reference what lives here.
Cocktails
Build recipes from your inventory. Cost and margin update as you tweak the build, so you can price with confidence before you put a drink on the menu. Every cocktail screen shows the same pour cost meter you'll see on ingredients.
Quick Calculator
Estimate pour cost on any bottle without saving anything. Useful when a rep is on the line and you need a number now, or when you're comparing two distributors before deciding which to add to inventory.
Search
Find any cocktail, ingredient, or brand from the catalog. The search icon lives in the top right of every drawer screen, so you don't have to remember which tab a thing belongs to.
